Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Leo.
The 77-year-old was last seen in Shakespeare Street, Traralgon about 5pm on Monday 23 May.
Police and family have concerns for Leo due to his age and medical conditions.
Investigators have released an image of Leo and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Traralgon Police Station on 5172 2700.
