Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Capel Sound man Raymond.
The 82-year-old was last seen outside a library on Playne Street in Frankston this afternoon about 12.15pm.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he lives with dimentia.
Raymond is Caucasian, approximately 167cm tall, of medium build with white hair and moustache.
He was last seen wearing a grey top, blue jeans and white runners.
An image of Raymond has been releassed in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Raymond's whereabouts is urged to contact Frankston Police Station on 9884 5555.
