You asked and we listened! From today, Webstar's Swim School is offering unlimited make-up lessons for students enrolled in group swimming lessons.
We heard from families in our recent customer satisfaction survey that they value greater flexibility when they can't attend a lesson and value for money.
As part of our commitment to water safety, we want to encourage swimming lesson attendance even when life gets busy, especially leading into summer.
Webstar's Swim School members who register their absence via the member portal no later than 30 minutes before the lesson will receive a make-up lesson token that lasts 60 days.
Lessons can be booked at Bellarine Aquatic and Sports Centre, Leisurelink, Splashdown and Norlane ARC up to six days in advance, giving families greater choice and convenience.
