Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl Jessica.
The 16-year-old was last seen in a medical facility in Box Hill on Wednesday, 27 April about 5pm.
Police and family have concerns for Jessica due to a medical condition.
Jessica is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance, 170-175cm tall with shoulder length auburn hair with purple highlights and a tanned complexion.
She was last seen wearing black and tracksuit pants, black shoes and a green/white hooded jumper.
Police have released an image of Jessica and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Box Hill Police Station on (03) 8892 3200.
