Victoria Police is appealing for public assistance to help locate registered sex offender Kor Beyong.
The 30-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to comply with his reporting obligations.
Investigators have released images of Beyong in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Beyong is African in appearance, approximately 170cm tall, of slim build, with black braided hair, which is sometimes dyed yellow/blonde.
He has three tattoos on his right arm, including a heart, and a crucifix with a heart, and on his left arm is a tattoo of the word 'familiar'.
Beyong is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, Carlton, North Melbourne and Sunshine areas.
Anyone who sights Beyong is urged to contact Triple Zero (000) immediately.
