Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Wendouree teenager Seth Smart.
The 14-year-old with autism left his home on Montgomery Drive about 4pm yesterday and has not been seen since.
Police and family have concerns for Seth's as he does not handle crowds or loud noises.
Seth is 165cm tall with light brown hair, tanned complexion and thin build.
He was last seen wearing a grey shirt and grey pants.
Police have released an image of Seth in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Seth is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
