Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Leigh Jack.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the 31-year-old in relation to theft of motor vehicle, shopsteal, drive whilst disqualified and contravening an order.
Jack is known to frequent the Greensborough, Diamond Creek, Epping and Meadow Heights areas.
He is described as 180cm tall with a medium build, brown eyes, brown hair, and a fair complexion.
Jack has tattoos on his neck of a large Celtic cross and a heart with claws.
Investigators have released an image of Jack in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
