Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Hannah.
The 14-year-old was last seen about midday on 20 October in Hampton East.
She is believed to be wearing a black hoodie, grey or blue trackpants and carrying a medium black handbag.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
An image of Hannah has been released in the hope someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights or with information about Hannah is urged to call Bayside Police Station on 8530 5100.
