Police are appealing for public assistance to locate missing Glen Waverley man Leung.
The 80-year-old was last seen leaving an address on Leddy Street in Forest Hill about 10.30am on 12 July.
Police and family have concerns for Leung's welfare as he has Alzheimer's and mobility issues.
Leung was last seen wearing a grey jacket with light blue stripes and grey tracksuit pants.
He is likely travelling on foot.
He is described as being approximately 170cm tall and is balding with grey hair.
Anyone who sights Leung or with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Forest Hill Police Station on (03) 8847 3600.
