Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Danielle.
The 77-year-old was last seen at a care facility on Studley Park Road in Kew at 8.44am.
She is described as 155cm tall with a slim build, shoulder-length grey curly hair.
Danielle was wearing a black or dark-navy tracksuit, black runners and wearing an Apple watch.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she has dementia.
An image of Danielle has been released in the hope that someone can provide information on her whereabouts.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Boroondara Police Station on 8851 1111.
