Police seek information: Missing dogs at Beenleigh

Police from Beenleigh Police Station are appealing for public assistance to help locate two dogs who have gone missing following a traffic crash in Beenleigh today.

Around 3.30pm today, a two-vehicle crash involving a ute and sedan occurred on the Pacific Motorway southbound near Beenleigh.

Two dogs, a red heeler named Storm and a Rhodesian Cross Mastiff named Rosco, were in the back of the ute at the time of the crash.

Both vehicles rolled following the collision.

No-one was injured, including the dogs.

The dogs were last seen running southbound of the Pacific Motorway towards the Staplyton Jacobs Well off ramp and may be in surrounding areas Alberton, Stapylton or Beenleigh.

Inquiries to locate the dogs have been unsuccessful.
