Northern Territory Police are calling for witnesses in relation to a sexual assault that occurred in Alice Springs on Tuesday, 18 October 2022.
It is alleged that between the hours of 1am and 2am, a woman was walking through the Todd River near Heavitree Gap, when she was approached by a male who was unknown to her, and he physically and sexually assaulted her.
The offender is described as an adult Indigenous male.
The incident was reported to police.
