At 4am, police observed the stolen motor vehicle driving dangerously around the Moulden area. Police attempted a traffic apprehension, during which the stolen motor vehicle drove directly at the police, before swerving and narrowly avoiding a collision.
Multiple police units attended, including members from Strike Force Trident, the Dog Operations Unit and Road Policing. A pursuit was initiated, however was terminated a short time later after the vehicle fled into bushland.
