Police update 4: Burglary and wounding, Coorparoo

Police have charged an additional 15-year-old boy after an alleged burglary and wounding in Coorparoo on Monday.

Police were called to a Buena Vista Avenue home around 3am in relation to four people, a 47-year-old man, a 46-year-old woman, a 21-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman injured by allegedly by intruders attempting to steal their car.

A 15-year-old Browns Plains boy has been charged with four counts of attempted murder, three counts of assault causing grievous bodily harm and one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, break and enter, burglary and deprivation of liberty.

He has been refused bail and will appear in Brisbane Children's Court.

Police also located a silver Hyundai allegedly driven by the trio at Springfield Lakes earlier today.
