Police update: Serious traffic crash at Oakey 21 June

A 14-year-old boy has been charged with two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count each of attempted unlawful use of a motor vehicle, burglary and commit indictable offence, receiving tainted property and assault occasioning bodily harm following a serious traffic crash at Oakey yesterday morning.

His bail was refused and he is expected to appear before Toowoomba Children's Court.

A 14-year-old boy remains in Toowoomba Base Hospital.

A 13-year-old boy and 14-year-old boy remain in critical conditions at Queensland Children's Hospital.

Investigations are ongoing.
