Our local Community Health Provider EACH is running a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Thursday 8 September.
While the vaccination and booster may not stop you from getting COVID-19, it may protect you from getting very sick. Many people don't understand that the vaccine protection against COVID gets less over time. It wears off.
Many of those in hospital have not had all their doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
The fourth (winter) dose is available to people aged 30+ who had their third dose, or got COVID-19, more than three months ago.
Remember to practice good public health, wear masks where you can't keep a social distance and keep vaccinations up-to-date.
