Escape the winter chill with Hobsons Bay Libraries' film club with a special screening of David Stratton: A Cinematic Life.

Despite his English heritage, David Stratton is synonymous with Australian Cinema, both as a critic and a champion. David Stratton: A Cinematic Life gives you an intimate look at the man behind the reviews as he shares his passion for the cinematic arts and how his life intertwined with the emerging Australian cinema landscape, featuring the highlights and lowlights of our history played out on screen.

Hobsons Bay Libraries will be showing a special screening of the documentary as part of their Winter Documentary Film Club. Escape the chilly winter mornings and cozy up at Altona library with free popcorn and a warm drink.
