Prof. Claudia Peus and Prof. Juliane Winkelmann will remain on the Executive Board of the Technical University of Munich (TUM). The University Council, TUM's central supervisory body, confirmed both in their roles as Executive Vice Presidents.
Collage: Astrid Eckert / TUM Management researcher Claudia Peus has been responsible for the area of Talent Management and Diversity since 2017. This also includes topics such as equal opportunity and continuing education. In addition, she heads the TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning (IL3).
Physician and neurogeneticist Juliane Winkelmann has been responsible for the area of International Alliances and Alumni since 2017 and thus, in a sense, serves as TUM's foreign minister.
Seats on the Executive Board are assigned for three-year terms. In total, the Executive Board comprises 14 members. The body leads TUM and is responsible for its strategic higher education policy goals and the dynamic development of the university of excellence.
