Police have revoked a PSPA declaration following an earlier operation at Mt Isa.
Police were initially called to an address within the exclusion zone around 10:10pm following a reported domestic violence incident.
Shortly after 10.30am a man was taken into custody and is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
The emergency declaration has now been revoked.
