About the Study: In this cohort study of a diverse population of women, ultrasound completion rates were lower among Black women, primarily due to fibroids impairing endometrial visibility. Nevertheless, transvaginal sonography demonstrated a 76% completion rate and retained excellent ability to exclude cancer in Black women, regardless of fibroid presence.
