Goulburn Mulwaree Council advises that construction of a raised pedestrian crossing will soon commence on George Street, in front of Marulan Public School. The works will include site preparation, installation of reinforced concrete crossings and blisters, line marking, signage, and pavement restoration.

Work is scheduled to begin on 5 January 2026 and is expected to be completed by 18 January 2026, weather permitting. The work will be carried out between 7 am and 5 pm, seven days per week.

Please be advised that there will be a change in traffic conditions during works with Traffic Management in place. There will be an increase in construction traffic and noise during this time.

Council acknowledges the temporary inconvenience and appreciates the community's patience during these important safety upgrades.

The Marulan Raised Pedestrian Crossing is proudly funded by the Get NSW Active Program.
