Ram raid at Salisbury Plain, South Australia

Police are investigating after a car was used to break into a Salisbury Plain business this morning.

Just before 4am on Saturday 13 April police were called to a bike store on Main North Road after reports of an alarm activation.

When police arrived they found the double automatic glass doors at the front of the premises had been smashed. Police have viewed CCTV which shows a black sedan reversing into the premises to gain entry. Two suspects entered the store and stole four bicycles from inside.

The vehicle was last seen heading north on Main North Road.

Crime scene investigators will be attended the scene this morning. Police will be examining CCTV from the store and neighbouring businesses to get a detailed description of the vehicle and offenders.
