Reminder to plan your week ahead - Wollongong

Monday is just around the corner, but the week ahead is going to be very different from the usual!

The UCI Road World Championships has officially kicked off today and will be on until Sunday 25 September. It's an exciting time for Wollongong and as we gear up for a unique week, we're reminding residents to plan how you'll get around the city, what your public transport or parking options are as well as bin collections.

City Centre

The city centre is open for business – even if you're not coming in to watch the race or soak up the atmosphere. If you're headed in just remember there'll be changes to traffic and parking that vary each day. Visit our Parking in the City Centre page for more details.

There is also public transport options to get around Wollongong. Transport for NSW have amended routes and varied options to help the community and visitors get around, including the shuttle buses and park and ride options. Check out their website
