This study is interested in understanding how young adults reflect on the therapy they received as children after experiencing maltreatment.
We are seeking young adults to take part in important but sensitive research into the lived-experience of victim-survivors of childhood maltreatment. It's a big ask but your insights on this challenging issue can help.
If you have attended mental health sessions, your experience will throw light on how people perceive mental health services after experiencing maltreatment as a child. This research will explore whether you found support helpful at the time, if you felt any benefits that have lasted into adulthood, and what could improve mental health care for children today.
