It's free, friendly, and totally smoke, alcohol, drug, and vape-free – all about good vibes, great tricks, and showing off skate and scooter culture in a welcoming, community-first space.
Whether you're a seasoned skater or scooter rider, or just starting out, Skate of Mind is the perfect chance to show off your skills, cheer on your mates, or just hang out and enjoy the day.
What's it all about?
- Competitions for ages 12–25: sign up, nail your best moves, win prizes! You'll go through structured heats and get a chance to shine in the best trick challenge.
- Pro rider demos: catch some legends showing what's possible on the board or deck.
- Music & food trucks: chill with tunes and tasty treats all day long.
- Giveaways & more: gear, swag, good times - what's not to like?
All competitors need to be 12–25 and connected to the City of Kingston - whether you live, work, study, or regularly use Kingston's skate or recreation facilities.
