During an appearance on the podcast "Call Her Daddy," Sarah Jessica Parker gave a shoutout to Cincinnati, calling it a "very impressive, exciting city." SJP grew up in Cincinnati with her parents and siblings, before moving to New York when she was 11.
"We go back to Cincinnati all the time," she said. "It is a very impressive, exciting city and it is beautiful."
She talked about theaters she enjoyed visiting - like Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, where her father worked as a stage manager, and the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. SJP attended the School for Creative and Performing Arts during her elementary school years, and also took acting classes at CCM Prep.
"I loved going to the theater," she added. "Cincinnati has a really incredible theater called the Playhouse in the Park... and University of Cincinnati has a really incredible theatre department. We went to the ballet all the time. There was a lot of opportunities to be outside."
