Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Sean Rutherford.
The 29-year-old is wanted on warrants for failing to appear at court in relation to criminal damage, deception and driving offences.
Rutherford is perceived as being Caucasian in appearance, about 175cm tall, medium build with short-shaved hair and a neck tattoo.
Rutherford is known to frequent the Bendigo area.
Investigators have released an image of Rutherford in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
