Police are continuing to search for a 31-year-old man reported missing from Cow Bay since 7 September.
Around 3pm, police were notified that Ariel Simon was seen entering bushland near Cape Tribulation Road around 1.30pm and had not returned.
A search and rescue operation involving police, SES members, the Rescue 510 helicopter, and POLAIR was launched on the afternoon of 7 September and remains ongoing.
Ariel is described as Caucasian, approximately 210cm tall with a slim build and long blonde hair.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
Ariel, or anyone with relevant information about his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
