Sevo robbery at Collinswood, South Australia

Police are at the scene of a service station robbery at Collinswood this evening.

Just before 7pm on Monday 2 March, a man entered a petrol station on North East Road at Collinswood and threatened the attendant with a knife. He dropped the knife before leaving empty handed and was last seen heading north east on North East Road.

Fortunately, the attendant, although shaken up by the incident, was not physically hurt.

The suspect is described as a man aged in his 20s and approximately 183cm tall. He was wearing a white surgical mask and white surgical gloves, a black Nike hooded jumper, grey tracksuit pants, white sneakers and he was carrying a green Woolworths bag.

Police searched the surrounding area, but did not locate the suspect.

Crime scene investigators have attended and examined the scene.
