How do you attract native birds, insects, reptiles and small mammals to your garden?
Volunteer group Gardens 4 Wildlife Albury-Wodonga is answering this question through a series of presentations to community groups.
Gardens 4 Wildlife Project Officer Lizette Salmon said the group had already presented to the Wodonga and Belvoir Rotary clubs, and the Felltimber Community Centre.
"We are a volunteer group that inspires residents to create gardens that provide habitat for native wildlife and encourage greater stewardship of parks and reserves," Lizette said.
"We will have further sessions next year including one at CWA Wodonga on March 31."
The group received a Wodonga Council Community Impact Grant to deliver the free presentations on wildlife gardening to ten community service clubs.
Life Activities Club, Rotary Club Wodonga West and Inner Wheel Club Wodonga will schedule a date next year.
