Workshop
In partnership with Business Victoria, the City is hosting a workshop for anyone thinking about or in the early stages of starting a small business in Geelong.
This three-hour workshop will be delivered by Business Victoria, also including members of the City's Environmental Health, and Investment and Economy teams.
The workshop will explore the steps of setting up a small business including picking and registering a business name, choosing the right platform for your business and protecting your business with insurance. Participants will create a business outline as well as a step-by-step action plan to help get your business from an idea to launch.
This free event will be held at the Wurriki Nyal Civic Precinct on Friday 14 November from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
