Snap Send Solve: Casey

The City of Casey is making it easier for residents to report an issue they see in the community with Snap Send Solve.

If you notice that something is broken, missing or in need of Council's attention, you can let us know by taking a quick photo of the issue and sending the photo to us via the Snap Send Solve app.

This will allow you to report incidents quickly and easily for us to investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The app is available on Apple and Google app store and is free to download and use, or you can also report online using the updated report an issue webpage which be available Thursday 16 March.

If you spot abandoned trolleys, damaged or broken play equipment or fallen trees - then get snapping and let us know!
