Selected
Kave Home launches a new collection under Selected – premium furniture defined by confident silhouettes and elevated materiality. Sculptural profiles, noble materials and refined proportions come together in new and fan-favourite pieces designed to anchor modern interiors with quiet authority and lasting presence.
"The project reflects a contemporary design philosophy rooted in essentiality, material coherence, and a deep attention to daily life," says Kave Home's design team. "Each piece is presented with honesty and clarity, focusing on pure craftsmanship."
Selected reflects designs that are carefully curated from the outset, with an eye to value in enduring forms.
It's a collection of pieces made from natural woods, honest finishes, and surfaces designed for long-term use – products conceived to remain stable over time, both formally and functionally.
The pieces explored below offer bespoke detailing, handcrafted joinery, and material pairings that showcase artisanal excellence.
Bosca explores volume as a primary architectural element.
The chair's form was conceived as a single body, where seat and back merge into an enveloping shell. This continuous gesture creates a sense of protection without enclosure, offering comfort through proportion rather than excess padding.
"The silhouette is compact yet generous, carefully calibrated to balance intimacy and openness," says the design team.
Available in beige or terracotta chenille, with upholstered, walnut, or oak veneered legs, starting at $799.
Melvar is the epitome of furniture functioning as art.
The piece's iconic character is enhanced by its stainless steel legs, designed in different diameters and finished with a sophisticated brushed effect. The wood is certified with FSC 100% Chain of Custody and paired with a long-lasting walnut veneer finish.
Designed to be treasured rather than replaced, Melvar blends enduring materials with thoughtful sourcing, reflecting a new standard in responsible luxury.
Available in four sizes, including square and rectangular designs, starting at $2,499.
Granite is one of Kave Home's most iconic designs.
Its curved, biomorphic forms are especially on trend, pairing comfort and visual impact. The textured fabrics, warm tones, and finishes are designed to age well and reinforce a commitment to timelessness.
"Nothing feels forced or decorative; each element follows a functional and material logic," says the design team. "More than a formal detail, the curve becomes a tool for enhancing long-term comfort and everyday use."
Granite is a large collection, featuring armchairs, three- and four-legged chairs, and stools, starting at $749.
Jan is crafted from materials chosen for their character and endurance.
Each piece embodies a sensory richness that elevates everyday living. The solid ash wood and recycled leather are an ode to artisanal discipline and craftsmanship.
The collection was developed from a structural reflection: how to build a chair through the logic of assembly, reducing the number of elements to what is strictly necessary and making each technical decision clearly legible.
Available in dark brown, light brown, and black, Jan starts at $999.
Selected launches on April 21, for immediate delivery Australia-wide.
