The State of Western Australia and John Holland are pleased to advise they have agreed on a mutually acceptable settlement from the proceedings relating to the Perth Children's Hospital.
All the parties are proud to have delivered this world class facility to care for Western Australian families.
Due to the confidentiality conditions of settlement, no further statements will be issued.
As stated by a WA Government spokesperson:
"The State of Western Australia is proud of the Perth Children's Hospital, a world class facility.
"In the interest of the people of Western Australia, the State is pleased to confirm it has reached a settlement with John Holland which will remain confidential as per the conditions of settlement.
"The State looks forward to John Holland tendering for future major projects and creating jobs for Western Australians."
As stated by a John Holland spokesperson:
"John Holland has reached a mutually beneficial settlement with the State of Western Australia.
"John Holland is proud of the world class facility it developed with the WA Government and looks forward to future opportunities in Western Australia."
