Stuarts Point Hall, Library Set for Revamp

Kempsey Shire Council

The painting of the Stuarts Point Hall and Library is now complete, marking the first step in a broader refresh.

The repainting of the hall and library is in a complementary colour scheme that aligns with the nearby Stuarts Point Tennis Club, creating a unified and inviting precinct.

In addition to the fresh coat of paint, the external timber decking and balustrades were recoated with stain to maintain durability and appearance and new seating will be installed on the deck to provide a more comfortable and functional outdoor space for visitors.

These upgrades form part of Council's routine building maintenance program, aimed at keeping community facilities safe, attractive, and fit for purpose, with this project being supported by a $5,000 contribution from the Stuarts Point Community Hall Section 355 Committee to help deliver these improvements for the local community.

While works are underway, access to certain areas may be temporarily restricted. We appreciate the community's patience as we complete these important upgrades and work towards a refreshed and revitalised facility for everyone to enjoy.
