Eight organizations are each seeking $500 million or more (excluding transfers):

- Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada ($1.4 billion), to support the negotiation of treaties between the Crown and First Nations;
- Indigenous Services Canada ($1.3 billion), to reimburse First Nations emergency responders for activities during events such as natural disasters and health related crises;
- National Defence ($1.1 billion), to fund investments in Canadian Armed Forces capabilities, including infrastructure, equipment, and training;
- VIA Rail Canada Inc. ($944.7 million), to provide essential transportation to remote Canadian communities;
- Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat ($926.8 million), to fund previously negotiated collective agreements and related adjustments;

- Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada ($621.2 million), for the Interim Federal Health Program, which provides temporary health services for asylum seekers and refugees.
With the Main Estimates, Supplementary Estimates (A), and Supplementary Estimates (B), the Estimates to date for 2025-26 total $506.7 billion, including $242.3 billion in planned voted expenditures and $264.3 billion in forecast statutory expenditures.

Once approved by Parliament, data from the Estimates, including these Supplementary Estimates, are available through GCInfobase.
General information about the Estimates process
The Estimates present the government's planned spending and are submitted for Parliament's approval at different intervals throughout the year.
The Main Estimates are tabled no later than March 1 each year. Supplementary Estimates are typically tabled up to three times during the year, with Supplementary Estimates (A) in the spring, Supplementary Estimates (B) in the fall, and Supplementary Estimates (C) in the winter, as required.
Supplementary Estimates present information on the government's additional spending requirements which were either not sufficiently developed in time for inclusion in the Main Estimates or have arisen to address new developments or government priorities.
The Estimates present both voted and statutory authorities. Voted expenditures require annual approval from Parliament through an appropriation bill, also known as a supply bill. Statutory spending is approved by Parliament through separate legislation and does not require any further approvals for payments to be made. Forecasts of statutory expenditures are included in the Estimates documents for parliamentarians' information.
