Detectives are investigating the suspicious death of a man at Kallangur overnight.
Just after midnight, police were called to a disturbance at a hotel complex on Anzac Avenue and located a man suffering injuries as a result of an assault.
First aid was rendered to the man in his late-forties man, however he died on scene.
Two men, aged 37 and 41, and a 28-year-old woman were located in the area a short time later. They are assisting police with their enquiries.
A crime scene has been established as detectives work to understand the circumstances of the man's death.
It is believed the trio were known to the victim.
