Sydney Teen Girl Missing: NSW Police Appeal for Help

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from Sydney's inner west.

Sumara Carroll, aged 13, was last seen on Marlborough Street, Leichhardt, about 11am on Wednesday

(3 April 2024).

When she failed to return and could not be located or contacted, officers from Inner West Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Sumara's welfare due to her age.

Sumara is described as being of Caucasian appearance, medium build, olive complexion, about 167cm tall, with dark brown hair and brown eyes.

Sumara is known to frequent the inner west areas of Newtown, Erskineville and Glebe.

Anyone who may have seen Sumara or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact their nearest police station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
