Major system maintenance will be undertaken on the Commonwealth Court's Portal (CCP) from 9:00pm (AEDT) on 23 December 2022 to 6:00pm (AEDT) on 30 December 2022.
This will effect:
- new registrations
- account profile updates
- linking parties to firms or family law files, and
- resetting a password.

If you are an existing CCP user and can successfully login to your CCP account (including law firms) please lodge any urgent applications via eFiling.
If you are a new user and have never registered for CCP, or have registered and are unable to access your account or court file, please lodge any urgent documents at the relevant email address below:
