If you know a local business doing outstanding work, then help them get the recognition they deserve by nominating them for the 2021 City of Melton Business Excellence Awards.
It only takes 60 seconds to nominate – all Council needs is the business name and a few details from you.
City of Melton Mayor Cr Kathy Majdlik encouraged people to nominate their favourite local business, and to self-nominate.
"These awards are a great opportunity for businesses to showcase their strengths and celebrate what sets them apart from others," Cr Majdlik said.
"We're looking for outstanding businesses in the City of Melton – those that deliver high quality services or products, go above and beyond for customers and clients, or show great innovation.
"If you know a business that deserves recognition for accessibility, creativity, or adaptability, then make sure you nominate them.
"Don't be shy to nominate others or self-nominate. Whether it's a small, family-run operation, a large, well-established business, or something in between, it's a fantastic chance to promote local achievements and the everyday services and products provided in our city. You might just be our next Business of the Year!"
Nominated businesses will have the opportunity to officially apply and be considered for one of eight highly regarded awards, including the Mayoral Achievement Award and the Business of the Year Award.
The awards, listed below, will be presented at the Awards Gala Dinner at Tabcorp Park on Friday 15 October.

Nominations are open until midnight on Monday 14 June. Businesses will then have until midnight on Wednesday 30 June to fill out an official application.
