Third man charged over Arncliffe brawl, NSW

Detectives have charged a third man following investigations into a brawl at a café in Arncliffe earlier this year, NSW Police say.

Just before 7pm on Monday 18 June 2018, officers from St George Police Area Command were called to a café on Firth Street, following reports of a brawl involving a number of men.

A 27-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday 26 June 2018 and charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company, assault police and resist arrest.

A 48-year-old man was arrested on Thursday 5 July 2018 and charged with common assault.

Both men are now before the courts.

Following further inquiries, a 35-year-old man was arrested today (Tuesday 2 October 2018), after attending St George Police Station.

He was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company.

The man was granted conditional bail and will appear at Sutherland Local Court on Tuesday 30 October 2018.
