The finale will hero the Top End’s beautiful landscapes while showcasing bookable, local adventure activities available on www.northernterritory.com
Tourism NT partnered with Jetstar to co-sponsor the season and showcase the Top End to a national audience with Jetstar promoting a new flight sale deal to Darwin in tonight’s final episode.
The Amazing Race Australia airs on Channel 10 on Monday and Tuesday nights at 7.30pm.
As stated by Executive General Manager Marketing Tourism NT, Tony Quarmby:
“A huge congratulations to our very own NT couple Jasmin and Jerome for making it to the final three, they are great ambassadors of the Territory.
“Tourism NT is excited to see the natural beauty of the Katherine region and of course the stunning gorge itself showcased to hundreds of thousands of viewers around the country tonight.
“The Amazing Race Australia has the perfect audience to promote the region to. These viewers are seeking interesting and unique travel destinations and activities and by collaborating with the Amazing Race Australia and Jetstar we are providing destination awareness at the same time as highlighting flight options and deals to the region.
“We encourage tourism operators to continue to leverage the mass national exposure from the show and promote what’s truly different about their products and activities and show the nation all the experiences the NT has to offer.”
As stated by The Precinct Tavern Director Darren Lynch:
“We were chuffed that NT couple Jasmine and Jerome approached us to host a screening of the finale at The Precinct.
“It’s fantastic to see Territory talent make it this far on the show, and we can’t wait to feature the finale on our 2.5m big screen from 7.30pm tonight.
“We look forward to supporting this Tourism NT initiative, and seeing guests pop in for a meal to watch the Amazing Race with us.”
