Traffic Crash Appeal At Burpengary

Police are appealing for information following a multi-vehicle traffic crash at Burpengary on Tuesday, 10 March 2026.

Investigations indicate, about 1.55pm a white Kenworth truck and a black Ducati Monster motorbike were travelling west along Hunt Road when the truck has turned right. A white Ford Falcon, travelling in the opposite direction, crossed onto the incorrect side of the road and collided with the motorbike.

The motorbike rider, a 63-year-old Morayfield man, sustained serious injuries and was transported to Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.

No one else was seriously injured.

Investigators are appealing for anyone with relevant information, CCTV or dashcam vision to contact Policelink.
