Arson Squad Detectives are investigating a series of suspicious fires in Tuart Hill and Osborne Park during the early hours of Wednesday 19 September 2018.
Detectives are investigating 8 separate fires that occurred between approximately midnight and 2:00am, in which four vehicles, bins and the exterior of a business were damaged, WA Police say.
Investigators believe the man pictured may be able to assist with their inquiries. He was wearing an orange coloured jacket, carrying a bag and smoking.
Anyone with information in relation to these incidents, or who knows the identity of the man is asked to call Crime Stoppers.
