Join us for a special for the opening of UNBOUND at Track Gallery.

UNBOUND is a solo exhibition of works by Chinese Australian artist Connie Wong.

Wong will also deliver an Artist Talk to discuss the exhibition, which presents a selection of her works that contain spontaneous body movement, vibrant colour and luminous light.

Influenced by Tony Smibert's Tao Sublime, the expressive dynamism of Zhang and Jackson Pollock, Wong's practice weaves meditative atmosphere with bold, intuitive gesture.

Her paintings draw deeply from her lived experience as a woman of certain age, migrant and longtime carer—transforming the weight of ageism, gender bias, and cultural invisibility into colour, movement and emotional clarity.

UNBOUND celebrates this creative liberation while honouring the resilience of carers everywhere and invites audiences to witness an artist stepping into her fullest expressive potential, offering work that is both deeply personal and universally resonant.

Exhibition will run between 16-18 April and 23-25 April from 12pm - 3pm.
