UniSQ Makes Its Mark In Global Rankings

The University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) has once again ranked among the world's top universities, placing in the top 20 in Australia and top 300 globally in the US News Rankings.

UniSQ placed equal 19th nationally (20th in Australia/New Zealand) and equal 278th worldwide in the 2025–2026 edition of the Best Global Universities Rankings, released this month.

The US News Rankings draw on Clarivate data to assess universities' research reputation and academic performance at both global and regional levels.

The result highlights UniSQ's ongoing research strength, with strong rankings across several disciplines, including materials science, engineering, and space science.

The latest recognition follows UniSQ's strong showing in the recently released QS World University Rankings 2026, where the University achieved an overall global ranking of 410th, reflecting a significant improvement in its overall score.
