Unleashing Potential Of Spring Road Park

Spring Road Park in Hampton East could soon become an off leash area and we want your help to paw-fect the design.

We're exploring the idea of transforming this small neighbourhood park into a safe, fully fenced off‑leash area where dogs can run, sniff, zoom and socialise - and where locals can relax and enjoy the space too.

As part of the project, the old, outdated play equipment will be removed to make way for a more functional and better‑designed space for the community.

Our draft concept design includes:

🌼 More planting to make the space feel open, welcoming and green

🚪 Double‑gated entry for peace of mind

🐾 Dog‑friendly features like water bowls and waste bag dispensers

🛋️ New seating to make visits more comfortable.

But before anything is finalised, we want to hear what you think.

Do these ideas hit the mark? Is there something you'd love to see included? Is there a small detail that would make a big difference to your daily dog walk or weekend visit?
