Updated Residential Aged Care Facilities Direction 23 May, South Australia

The Emergency Management (Residential Aged Care Facilities No 47) (COVID-19) Direction 2022 has been revoked and replaced by the Emergency Management (Residential Aged Care Facilities No 48) (COVID-19) Direction 2022. This Direction came into effect at 5.36pm on 23 May 2022.

Key changes include:

People (other than residents of the residential aged care facility) are not permitted to enter a residential aged are facility unless they have been vaccinated against the 2022 seasonal influenza.

Other existing requirements remain.
