Upgraded facilities unveiled at Falls Road Primary School

  • Education and Training Minister Sue Ellery today officially opened the upgraded administration block at Falls Road Primary School in Lesmurdie.

    The $1.1 million upgrade includes dedicated office space for visiting staff, an interview room, a large foyer and welcome reception area for school visitors, and a universal access toilet.

    The expansion has almost doubled the space available in the administration block and provides new work areas for visiting professionals such as school psychologists and nurses.

    Falls Road Primary School officially opened in 1981 and has built a reputation for working closely with parents and its community to provide the best education possible for the students.

    The modern facilities will support school staff to continue providing outstanding assistance to students and families.

    As stated by Education and Training Minister Sue Ellery:

    "I'm pleased to officially open the upgraded administration facilities at Falls Road Primary School - staff are no doubt excited to see this project completed.

    "It's fantastic that the school offers dedicating working spaces for visiting professionals who are providing services that help their students."
