Victorian Woman Quits Job After Huge Lotto Windfall

An Oakleigh woman officially retired from working life on the weekend after discovering her TattsLotto division one windfall.

The Victorian held one of the six division one entries, bagging  $848,230.70 in TattsLotto draw 4455 on Saturday 30 March 2024.

“I’m so excited!” she cried when her win was confirmed.

“I had to check and check the ticket. I know it’s true, but I don’t believe it.

“It just doesn’t feel real.

“I’ve never known anyone who’s won division one.

“I was checking my ticket last night. I saw I had the six numbers but I had to wake my husband up to check. I didn’t know what to think!  The whole family has double-checked the ticket since.

“You have no idea what this means. I’ve been thinking about retirement, but the retirement funds in my super wouldn’t have lasted that long.

“This will allow me to pay off a couple of debts and retire.

“I’m walking on cloud nine!”

The woman’s 24-game QuickPick was purchased at Oakleigh Central Lotto, Kiosk 4, Oakleigh Central Shopping Centre, 39 Hanover Street, Oakleigh.

The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 4455 on 30 March 2024 were 44, 42, 43, 15, 12 and 9, while the supplementary numbers were 18 and 36.

Across Australia, there were six division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4455 – four in Victoria and one each in Queensland and New South Wales.
